PURPOSE
The purpose of the nursery premises is to ensure children, parents and visitors are safe whilst on the nursery premises.

POLICY STATEMENT
Happy Hearts Nursery uses its premises only for providing nursery and daycare services. We do not lease our premises to any external party.
- Happy Hearts Nursery premises are used for nursery classroom, various activities relating to the nursery, play etc.
- Happy Hearts Nursery also uses its premises to conduct events for Parental Engagements or other special occasions like National Day, Mother’s Day etc.
- Happy Hearts Nursery also uses its premises for swimming pool, sand play, transportation and traffic where each area of the premises is dedicated to the above mentioned themed and designed to cater to its needs.
- Happy Hearts Nursery premises are controlled and monitored by CCTV cameras to ensure nothing untoward is happening.
- All access to the nursery is security controlled through a locked gate and intercom system.
- Visitor’s wanting to gain access to the nursery premises must buzz the intercom system outside the nursery gate which will trigger the system inside enabling the camera to capture and display the visitor’s face on the screen.
- The visitor must state their reason for wanting to enter the premises based on which the staff will open the gate for them.
- Once the visitor is inside the nursery premises they must enter their details (Emirates ID Number) in the visitor log book.
- Men are not allowed on the nursery premises during the pre-school time.
