PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to maintain transparency about Happy Hearts Nursery’s fee payment terms, late payment, outstanding fees and refunds.
DEFINITIONS
Non-refundable – not repayable or returnable in any circumstances.
Non- transferrable – not able to be transferred or made over to the possession of another person.
POLICY STATEMENT
- Registration Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Admission fee must be paid prior to starting the nursery.
- Nursery registration is subject to re-evaluation by the nursery if required.
- Fee will be refunded based on the day of absence of the child from the nursery.
- All fees are due to be paid before the end of the current term for the following term.
- Late payment of fees will incur an additional late payment fee on top of the outstanding amount.
- Financial transactions can only be dealt with by the school accountant.
- One term’s written notice must be given before withdrawing the child from the nursery.
