This policy is set in place to ensure Happy Hearts Nursery only appoints qualified staff to deal with children.
DEFINITIONS
Qualification - a pass of an examination or an official completion of a course, especially one conferring status as a recognized practitioner of a profession or activity.
POLICY STATEMENT
Happy Hearts Nursery ensures all its staff is well qualified to deal with children.
In order to apply for a teaching position at Happy Hearts Nursery, one needs to have Bachelors in Early Childhood Care and Education, Montessori or Cache Level 3 and above.
In order to apply for a nanny/baby sitter position in the nursery, one has to be a high school graduate and prior experience of handling children.
