PURPOSE
The purpose of the Admission and Registration policy is to have effective and clear guidelines pertaining to a child’s admission at Happy Hearts Nursery.

POLICY STATEMENT
- Happy Hearts Nursery operates on an anti-discriminatory policy, accepting children from communities in the surrounding areas.
- We welcome children from all ethnic origins, religious backgrounds and faiths.
- Children will be entered onto the nursery waiting list upon receipt of a completed application form and non-refundable registration and medical fees.
- A signed current immunization card and physical form must be on file before the child attends the center. This procedure is in accordance with the regulations.
- Admission fees should be paid prior to starting with the Nursery.
- Nursery registration is subject to re-evaluation by the Nursery if required.
- All fees are due to be paid before the end of the current term for the following term.
- Late payment of fees will incur an additional Late Payment Fee on top of the outstanding amount.
- All documentation must be provided prior to child’s admission to the Nursery.
- Financial transactions can only be dealt with by the Nursery Accountant.
- One term’s written notice must be given before withdrawing the child from the Nursery.
- All registration documentation shall be provided in full to the Nursery prior to the child attending the Nursery.
- If admission to the Nursery is offered it shall be deemed secured and accepted only upon payment of the Registration Fee and Medical Fee. Please note that these fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
